Maher Zain (bahasa Arab: ماهر زين – lahir di Tripoli, Lebanon, 16 Maret 1981; umur 31 tahun) adalah penyanyi R&B Swedia, penulis lagu dan produser musik asal Lebanon. Dia juga tinggal untuk sementara di Amerika Serikat. Album debutnya Thank You Allah, dengan 13 lagu dan dua lagu bonus dirilis pada 1 November 2009, dengan Versi Perkusi eksklusif dan Versi Perancis dirilis tak lama kemudian. Dia bernyanyi terutama dalam bahasa Inggris, namun juga, antara lain, dalam bahasa Perancis, Arab, Urdu, Turki, Melayu, dan Indonesia . Kehidupan awal

Keluarganya pindah ke Swedia ketika Maher masih umur delapan tahun, disana ia melanjutkan pendidikannya. Maher mendapat keyboard pertama ketika ia berusia sepuluh tahun. Ia kemudian masuk Universitas dan mendapat gelar sarjana dalam Aeronautical Engineering.^[2] Selama masa remajanya, ia senang menghabiskan larut malam di sekolah dengan teman-temannya di mana mereka akan bernyanyi, rap, menulis dan bereksperimen dengan musik.

Setelah terlibat untuk sementara waktu di kancah musik sebagai produser musik, Maher diperkenalkan ke RedOne, produser musik Swedia Kelahiran Maroko di Swedia. Maher mulai bekerja dengan RedOne pada beberapa proyek-proyek yang terakhir. Kemudian, ia pindah ke New York di mana ia mengambil bagian dalam memproduksi Kat DeLuna pada album debutnya termasuk hits "mengeluh" dan "menjalankan pertunjukan".^[3] Ia kemudian kembali untuk sementara ke Swedia di mana dia punya rohani 'kebangkitan'.

Pada Januari 2009, Maher Zain mendaftar dan mulai bekerja pada album dengan Awakening Records. Album ini memuncak di nomor 2 di Amazon Album dunia grafik. Melalui album ini, ia memperoleh 8 X platinum pada Malaysiadengan penjualan 120.000 unit. Setelah merilis album ini, dia merilis beberapa versi lain dari album, yang versi perkusi pada 2009 dan Platinum Edition pada 2011.

Maher Zain mengumumkan bahwa ia telah merilis versi bahasa Indonesia untuk "Insya Allah", setelah merilis versi bahasa Perancis dan Arab bersama dengan video, sambil menambahkan bahwa itu akan menjadi lagu di album kedua.^[rujukan?]

Fadly dari band Indonesia PADI juga berkontribusi terhadap "Insya Allah" dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Maher juga menyanyikan "For The Rest of My Life" dalam bahasa Indonesia berjudul "sepanjang hidup". Yang dirilis melalui Sony Music Indonesia.^[4]
